Before A4 Operations starts to assemble your product, we do a visual inspection of the product and its packaging. In the event of visible damage or defects, we will discuss with you what you would like to do. For local items, we can attempt to return or exchange the product for you; for shipped items, we can drop your product off at any postal service for the return process.

At the end of the assembly, A4O will clean up the area around the assembled product and dispose of all product boxes and packaging. Additionally, we will make sure your product works before we leave.

Our goal is for you to be able to enjoy your product as soon as we leave.
